We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us through our contact form. This includes:

- Arrange and carry out the work you have requested

4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, responding to your request for information or services. Where we enter into a contract to carry out work, processing is also necessary for performance of that contract.
5. How long we keep your data
Enquiries that do not lead to work are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are securely deleted. Where work is carried out, we retain relevant correspondence for up to 6 years in line with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.
6. Third-party services
This website uses the following third-party services which may process data on our behalf:
- Web3Forms — our contact form submits data to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), who forward it to our email address. Web3Forms act as a data processor on our behalf. See their privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — this website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process your IP address as part of serving web pages. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personally identifiable information. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google Maps — our contact page includes an embedded Google Maps iframe. If you visit that page, Google may set cookies and process data in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
- OpenStreetMap / CARTO — our home page includes an interactive map using map tiles provided by CARTO and OpenStreetMap. These are loaded when you scroll to the map section. See CARTO's privacy policy.
7. Cookies
This website does not use its own cookies. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are cookieless and privacy-friendly by design. Third-party embeds (Google Maps) may set cookies when those sections of the page are loaded — please refer to Google's cookie policy for details.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

- Rectify any inaccurate data
- Erase your data (where we have no legal obligation to retain it)
